This Homemade Snow White Birthday Cake Design was made on a 10″ cake. An additional 6″ cake was made which was crumbled and mixed with frosting. Then the 10″ cake was iced with buttercream. The crumbled cake mixture was used to form Snow White’s skirt and then covered in fondant. Her body was formed with fondant using a fairy mold and her face painted on with gel coloring.
A beautiful ruffle was added to the bottom of the cake in buttercream as well as some fondant roses on top. We really enjoyed making this cake!
