My daughter wanted a Snow White party for her 4th birthday. This cake is 3 tiered. The bottom is a 12-inch round with an 8-inch round at the base of the ‘dress’ portion which I made using the Pampered Chef Original Mixing Bowl. By using these different sizes I was able to have 2 different flavors (white in the bottom 2 cakes & chocolate in the bowl cake).
I baked the cakes 4 days ahead and froze them, took them out the morning that I decorated it. They were much easier to frost being partially frozen. The frosting is the Wilton Buttercream mix, I used 3 mixes (probably could have gotten away with two).
The middle of the flowers is a cinnamon candy. The 3 dwarfs came in a doll set that I gave my daughter as a gift. Everyone loved this homemade Snow White doll birthday cake, especially my daughter! They couldn’t believe that I made it myself.
