Finding a monster truck is hard so I took the car pan and cut off the back to make a truck shape. Wasn’t that hard then took mini bundt cakes to use as the monster wheels which I used toothpicks to hold up against the truck, a butterscotch candy in the middle gives them more of a tire look.
Chocolate licorice worked great to make roll bars as a truck by itself so I made a sheet cake to look like a jump for the road bed, crushed graham crackers and coconut dyed green for grass.
Once all together as you see it really doesn’t look all bad.
