This 3rd birthday Racetrack cake was actually very simple to make – I used two round cake pans with two store bought cake mixes (vanilla). I cut the edges so they would fit nicely and placed the cakes together on the board. Then I used butter cream icing all over the top and sides – pushed Oreos all the way around the sides – and M&M’s (or smarties) along the border. The road is crushed Oreo’s with the cream center removed (THAT was the hardest part of the whole thing, lol). All and all Mr 3 love love loved it and so did everyone else!
