Coolest Police Car Birthday Cake 9

I used the wilton cruiser cake pan to make this police car birthday cake. I like to have a lot cake so I first bake a base to set the car on. You can use 13 X 9 or whatever size you like. I used the wilton butter cream icing recipe for all the colors except white. To get a true white I made cream cheese icing. I did not pipe the windows, I just tried to smooth them. I piped the rest of the car and the blue on the base. The lights on the top is just icing. It was for Eli's 4th Birthday so I put 04 on the back and POLICE on the hood. This cake was so much fun!
