This is the second Easter lamb cake I have made. I do have a older Wilton Easter Lamb cake pan. I like this pan better than the newer ones where the ears stand up. I didn’t want to have a broken eared lamb!

This took two boxed pound cakes to make. I made homemade real-buttercream frosting and A LOT of it, for the white swirly curls.

I’m not a fan of coconut but if I were, I would have spread green coconut over the green frosting “grass” instead of the jelly beans.

This is a very rich, super cute dessert to have at Easter. I love making them!
