For my son’s 2nd birthday we had an Elmo-themed party.
The Elmo Birthday Cupcakes were made from a store-bought mix and I used red tinted buttercream icing and a star tip to make the “fur”. To make the eyes, we cut a large marshmallow in half and placed it sticky side up on the face. Then we put a mini chocolate chip in the middle for the pupil. The nose was made out of an orange gumdrop.
