I made 2 10 inch round cakes and frosted them and set them aside. I had purchased several Lego molds of the bricks, mini figures and the large mini figure. All the small Lego’s and mini figures are chocolate with food coloring to get the color of Lego’s that I wanted. The large mini figure is molded from rice crispy treats and then decorated in fondant to replicate the Lego that my son had made.
After everything had cooled and set my son and I put it all together and we used dowels to make the large mini figure stand up. The Lego Cake was a success and helped make a fantastic 7th birthday for my son!
