Since my son was born he has been dairy intolerant, so this got me on a challenge to make my own cake for him and they are all dairy free. My son’s love for Sonic made the choice for a cake little harder this year but it wasn’t going to stop me.
So for his 5th birthday I made the Sonic the Hedgehog Cake all from scratch using only but the best dairy free products. The only thing is my son was also allergic to chickens eggs, which made it harder but he can have duck egg, weird but true, so I have been making the cakes for him since all dairy free and chicken egg free.
They are getting better every year and they don’t taste any different. Think this is because I’ve made so many now. Here are a couple of pictures.
