Coolest Sonic the Hedgehog Cake

This Sonic the Hedgehog Cake is my son’s 5th birthday cake. It’s carrot cake made in a roasting dish and cut to shape, covered with cream cheese and walnut icing that was covered in fondant and icing.

HE loves playing Sonic. I learnt a tip to use cornflour not icing sugar when trying to roll fondant. The cake took around 4 hrs to make.
