I made this Super Mario cake for my Mario-fanatic twins for their 5th birthday. I took a crusting buttercream frosting and bought store bought red frosting, because I heard that red was hard to make, and I didn’t want a pink Mario!
I printed off a picture of Mario online and transferred it to the cake with piping gel, then decorated. My boys loved it!
This is a great cake! Looking for something like this for my 6 year old’s birthday. Can I ask what size cake pan you used?
My son, Cameron is a “Mario” fanatic!! He wants a Mario birthday cake, and I don’t know where to buy one. I was thinking of making this, but I am a bit intimidated. Helllp! What size pan did you use? I am running out of time, and only have 4 days left to get this done.
