I made this Zoo-Themed birthday cake in 3 steps: First I made the zoo animals from gum paste. I baked the cakes 2 days before the event and decorated it the day before the event.
This cake was delivered to a local zoo where the party was to take place. My customer was sooo pleased with the outcome and all of her guests were completely amazed.
