I had a women e-mail me and asked me to make a Mac and Cheese cake. She told me her sister was going overseas and her favorite thing to eat is mac and cheese. I wanted to make a cake that looked just like a big bowl of homemade mac and cheese.
To get the noodles to look perfect I piped them onto parchment paper and then put them in the freezer for a few minutes so they would be hard enough I could take them off the paper but they would keep their shape. I hope looking at this cake makes everyone hungry for a big bowl of mac and cheese.
