My best friend’s daughter wanted a rainbow cake but I wanted to make it a little more for her. I made the rainbow, then a flat cake all green then made the castle b hind it with foam and then a Little Pony. She loved it.
The rainbow was a little hard to keep it together but managed with tooth picks. It was hard. I used foam paper to make the castle and made a sheet cake for the grass land then made each layer of rainbow cake, frosted it then tooth picked it to stay together. Then I took shredded coconut, food colored them then stuck on. Then took a toy pony and stuck it on.
She loved it and thought it was just the amazing thing.
