One of my co-workers was getting married and she wanted a cake for her future husband on their rehearsal dinner night. He really liked peanut butter and so I made a chocolate cake with a peanut butter/chocolate filling and sprinkled crushed Graham crackers on the top to represent dirt and used black molding chocolate to make the oil under ground.
The frame of the horse-head was foam board and wood sticks. I usually don’t use anything for the frame but this had to travel in a pick-up for 6 hours and I didn’t want to have any problems for them. I think it turned out really neat.
