This ghost cake was for a 2 year old’s birthday party so the face needed to be “Happy”! I used a double chocolate cake recipe for this size cake pan. I used the Wilton buttercream recipe for the icing and doubled that also. The icing was colored with gel and the face of the ghost is canned chocolate icing.
The shell border along the top and bottom are tip 31, the body of the ghost was tip 27, and the ghost, and it’s face were outlined and then filled in with tip 6. I also wrote with tip 6. I used Halloween sprinkles to decorate the shell border.
