I made this Monster Truck birthday cake for my grandson’s 6th birthday. He wanted an audience and he and his brother on their own monster truck.
I decorated a sheet cake with chocolate icing and chocolate chip cookies crumbled and smoothed. I made safety cones and tires out of fondant. I used peach rings to sit tires on. I used Hershey bars for stands and sour patch kids for the audience.
I used sour candy strips for finish line and side cake deco. I used candy melt for Happy Birthday display with icing. Finished decorating with fondant kids on Monster Trucks and checkered flag. We held his party after his baseball game and his family and teammates loved it.
