This Homemade Sneaker Cake Design was made to scale. I cut cake board to the shape of the shoe soles. They are cake carved, dirty iced in buttercream, and then covered in fondant. I was careful to try and match the colors of the real shoes which they were modeled after. They were a big hit! I really enjoyed making these!
