Coolest Castle Cake

I made this Castle cake for a friend’s daughter’s 1st birthday party. I baked a 12 inch and an 8 inch vanilla pound cake. Each of cake was filled with white chocolate ganache.

For the bottom layer, I used pink butter cream icing with tiny white flowers and for the top, white butter cream icing, with tip 2 dots. For the bottom of turrets, I used white fondant icing wrapped around hidden pillars and for the top, I used tinted pink fondant and wrapped it with that swirling effect. I then used silver dragees to compete the turret.

Princess Bell candles and figurines were used to complete the cake and white cake lustre sprinkled all over the cake for a sparkling effect when the candle was lit.
